Flyers Gameday: "The Landlord"

Tonight the Flyers finish up their extended home-and-home with the San Jose Sharks tonight at the Wacho Center. The Flyers are win less, and have resorted to calling up Austrian hockey players in order to light a fire under the team's collective ass(it looks huge in those jeans). The entire Flyers organization knows they need to win, we here at FGSB are just hoping that Kristen's theory that only one Philly team can win at once dosen't come true tonight.

Nodl is playing with Carter and Upshall, and Bill "Crazy Legs" Meltzer thinks he gets his first goal tonight. That would be awesome, and very sexual. I'm jumping on the Nodl-wagon and wish the kid luck in getting one tonight. Cote and Shelly will renew their bromance by meeting at center ice and kissing each other with their fists. If Cote can win, the Flyers will win. I pray to Jeabus that Nitty can be as amazing as he was in San Jose. If we get a stud performance from Nitty, a Gagne goal, and more than one PP chance, the Flyers will win their first game of the season.

Mike Richards will be ready to go, and prove that he is the leader of our team. He's going to show up big tonight...checks, shots, kills, timeouts, chirpin', checking out the ice girls and goals. I think he gets the first star of the game. Captain's lead by example, and that's exactly what Richie does tonight in front of 2000 non-baseball fans. Let's go Flyers. Let's go Phillies. Let's go double-victory!
