If you read that title as "shit taking" and are here for some perverted reason please feel free to exit now.
The whole thing has already been scripted. No matter who's saying what, you always end up winning the battle if your team wins. It's all about the attitude. When you win you have the ultimate ace up your sleeve. If ripping on one of the opposition's players isn't quite getting the traction you need, or you're actually losing the e-argument, just resort to the old "scoreboard." When your team loses you have a chip on your shoulder and your buttons are easily pressed. As your team goes so do your badass comments.
So it's funny, even though we're still down in the series, to see Penguins blogs resort to the same kind of tactics we've had to instill over the last two games. Suddenly the game doesn't matter as much as Pierre McGuire's announcing. And the fans....boy...what a bunch of losers! But not so much about the game. If you plan on venturing into the Penguins message boards or kid-adult chat rooms be ready to hear all about the series being 2-1. Because when you're in an argument about how much Mike Richards sounds like Steve Urkel (which he does) and you've had enough debating and ask about yesterday's game you're going to push their defenses back to the only thing they still have - on overtime 5-3 based series advantage.
Our advice would be, even if we win tomorrow and even if we win the series, just to stay out of it. Their fans are probably feeling bad enough because their team got SMOKED yesterday and their a bunch of punk ass, drunk, ugly losers!!

Harassing the oppositions fans is as American as apple pie.
I def. told someone yesterday at the Wachovia Center that I buttf*cked their mom. I think I stepped out of line....
well that depends..as long as the fan wasnt 5 then your ok
It's funny, I've actually heard (not read, like the real act of hearing something audible) some one say the Penguins threw that game so they could win the series in Pittsburgh in Game 5. Like, why would you say something that stupid out loud?
I have no problem with the game yesterday. yes the ref's we horrible again, still on both sides of the calls. A penguins slash broke a philly players stick, a penalty that was call on Philly in the previous game. consistancy is much needed. And im a penguins fan. the only problem i have with the entire game came when brooks orpik was high sticked and had his nose busted up. tho the play was clearly unintentional i could not believe i heard flyers fans booing the call. i mean we may hate eachother and im all for a good rivalry, but remember these are human beings out on the ice. lets have atleast some respect for eachother in that sense. no one would have thought of booing chris simons penalty when he felt the need to slash an opposing player in the throat right?
Child molesters are not human.
anon pens fan-
of course the fans booed the obvious double minor. i wouldn't read too much into it. one could only speculate why they were booing; i'll go with the combination of bloodlust and homerism.
still, i think both sides of the state agree about the refereeing. watching the other series one has to wonder why they are reffed so evenly and ours is not?
