In a recent pole of illegal Mexican Immigrants (it went out their Bank of America credit cards) 98% of the population said that no matter who plays the Penguins in the playoffs they want the other team to win. When I got in touch with my only illegal contact, Poli from the old Waterfront in Somer's Point, New Jersey, he was able to provide some insight as to why Mexicans would care about hockey at all, much less the Pittsburgh Penguins so much. From his letter (which he sent in exchange for a sixer of coronitas):
"Az if its not bad enough with 5th graders main. all everyoe dos is give us shits and we dont like it main. mexicans is proud peolpe main. we can grow beards main. but whenever a gringo cant grow no bear they say hes got mexican mustahce main. thats bullshit main. if somene ken stop that crissby form trying to grow a beard then they wont make fun of mexicans and say he hez mexicna mustache main. when he grow beard main he look like a homo main. like he live in a box ad drink wine and rats eats his face when he sleeps main."
It's hard not to agree with my little amigo. If the Flyers could spare the hockey world from constant discussions about how stupid Sidney Crosby looks with a playoff beard it would surely be appreciated by all who loathe him.

I think Poli stole my wallet last fall while I trashed on Zombies at the Pearl.
Oh baby! 2 of those and you're a dead wo/man...Still nothing compared to a Rum Runner with a Power Straw at the Waterfront when the BMA was making them.
It isn't the lack of a beard that I think of when looking at him it is the lip gloss that he wears to the game. I think it is called Pink Whine.
